Running the File Doctor Tool from QuickBooks Tool Hub is the most effective way to resolve the error. The following steps will help you use the tool:
Get the latest update of QuickBooks Tool Hub.
Save the file to Downloads, so you can easily access it.
Move to Downloads.
Open the QuickBooksToolHub.exe file and start installing the tool hub.
Follow the prompt steps and agree to the terms and conditions.
When the install completes, the QuickBooks Tool Hub icon will appear on the desktop.
Open the tool hub.
From there, select Company File Issues.
Click Run QuickBooks File Doctor.
From the tool, select the company file from the drop-down menu.
If the company file does not appear, click Browse and search to find the file.
Select the Check your file option.
Enter log in details and then click Next.
