Open QuickBooks on your system.
Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
If the Stop Hosting Multi-User Access option is visible, select it.
If the Host Multi-User Access option is visible, don’t click it. There is no problem with this workstation. Go to the next one.

Now, open QuickBooks on your server computer.
