If you wish to merge Cash app accounts, then you need to ensure that your both account active, as well as, you have remembered your account’s credentials like user id and password. So, to merge an account, log in to your account and select the merge option, and also select a primary account to get all information at one account.

Initially, the user needs to create a new account with the old details. So, use the same contact number and email address that you have previously used to create your Cash app account.
Now activate the Cash app card and link the old bank account to the new Cash app account.
Secondly, go to the “Cash support” option and select “Can't Access Old Account” to access my Cash app account.
Raise a request to merge your current account to the old account.
The Cash app team will contact you to confirm some details.
After confirmation, they will merge both Cash app accounts.
Additionally, you can link your bank account on Cash app using the below steps:
Click on the “profile icon” available on the Cash App Home Screen.
Click on “Add a Bank account” and follow the prompts.
Similarly, follow the below process to activate your Cash app card with a QR code:
Click on the “Card” tab available on the Cash App home screen.
Select the Cash Card image.
Tap “Activate Cash Card”.
Click on the “Ok” button and permit the application to use the camera of your device.
Align the QR code to the camera and scan it properly.
Your virtual Cash app card is activated.
Further, if the QR code is not available with you then you can activate your Cash app card with the CVV number. Follow the below steps to activate the Cash app card without QR code.
Click on the “Card” tab available on the Cash App home screen.
Select the Card image and click on the activate button.
Tap on the help option and choose the “Use CVV Instead” option on the menu.
Enter the CVV code and expiry date mentioned on the virtual Cash app card to activate a new card.
