    I think the noise and the air in the room really affects the quality of sleep. Well as it will be good if you will be warm, so it is easier to fall asleep. I remember when I bought a gravity blanket here https://wypur.ie/p/weighted-blanket/ I was pleasantly surprised, because then I started to really sleep well. So ventilate the room before going to sleep, I think it should help!

    Fresh air in the room as well as the absence of any special factors that interfere with a good night's sleep for you. Personally I always ventilate my room before going to sleep to get a good night's sleep.
